Hobsonville Point

Hobsonville Point is a peninsula that juts out into the Waitemata Harbour, a 20-minute drive northwest of Auckland's CBD. Until 2011 it was a defence base, but it is now being developed for all Aucklanders in one of the countries most forward thinking new community building projects. The development integrates the latest thinking in urban design, built-form, transport, services and social infrastructure. Koko has assisted with strategy around public engagement initiatives and development of identity for the project.
